Compounded for you by a licensed U.S. pharmacy. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
Semaglutide tablets deliver the same GLP-1 medicine as the weekly injection in a once-daily form. They help you feel full sooner and can make portion control feel more natural.
Because tablets must be taken a specific way to absorb well, your clinician and care team will walk you through the routine before you start.
Take one tablet each morning on an empty stomach with a small sip of water, then wait before eating, drinking or taking other medicines, as shown on your label.
Individual results vary. Prescriptions are never guaranteed.
Your care team is a message away. If something doesn’t feel right, contact us at telemed@formawellness.com and your clinician can adjust your plan. For a medical emergency, call 911.

Possible risk of thyroid tumors
In rodent studies, medicines in the GLP-1 class caused thyroid C-cell tumors. It is not known whether this happens in people. Contact your clinician right away if you notice a lump or swelling in your neck, hoarseness, trouble swallowing or shortness of breath.
This is not a complete list. Call 911 for a medical emergency. To report side effects, contact your clinician or the FDA at 1-800-FDA-1088 or fda.gov/medwatch.
Food and drink can reduce how much semaglutide your body absorbs. Waiting helps the tablet work as intended.
Wait until after the waiting period on your label. Take the tablet with plain water only.
It is the same active ingredient in a different form. Daily doses are higher because less is absorbed through the gut.
Skip the missed dose and take the next one the following morning. Do not double up.
